  We are looking for a professional to join our reservations team.

   

  Position: Sales and Reservations Manager to Russian & CIS Department

  Special requirement: your international passport should be valid as minimum for 2,5 years!

  Skills & Abilities:

  • Skills at reservations and sales of tourism products
  • Ability to work with people and deal with stressful situations
  • Good communication skills in order to build close relations with agents and hotel's management
  • Fluent English and fluent Russian (both speaking and writing)
  • Business lettering skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Internet Explorer,Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word. Reservations/booking systems

   

  Dress code:

  • Smart casual

   

  Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in tourism
  • As minimum, 3 years experience in the travel field (travel company)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales and reservations duties for CIS and Russian markets
• If needed - meet and greet tourists at the airport on arrivals and departures
• Maldives resorts inspections and writing reviews for website and social media
• Acquire the resorts/hotel contracts in a timely manner and staying up to date.
• Cross check all the contracts are entered into reservations system correctly and add markups before verifying by the accounts team.
• Get Special offers from the resorts according to the market trends and update to all our partners.
• Managing and coordinating efficient and effective sales plan.
• Arranging & Coordinating FAM (Familiarization) trips to hotel/resorts upon request by tour operators.

Working days Monday to Friday from 10:00-19:00

Saturday half day

Sunday - day off
